Monday, 04. March 2019, Webinar, Tips for Establishing CRC-Ps: Elementary Law

CRC-Projects (CRC-Ps) have ‘flipped’ the standard Commonwealth funding model from university to company recipient.  For both the company and university alike, there are a range of common and unique interests to consider in this context.  Many of these can be pre-empted and considered even before submitting a bid.  Whilst the Commonwealth (DIIS) provides a ‘Partner Agreement’ template, this does not cover all of the issues that could arise for a CRC-P and that should be addressed in such an agreement.
In this workshop, Jason Watson - principal at Elementary Law -  will cover his top 10 tips of issues to consider and ensure are clearly dealt with in the Partner Agreement.
Tony Peacock, CEO of the CRC Association, will also be on hand to field questions about CRCs and CRC-Ps.
